Skype for Business

We at Precede Consulting are passionate about Microsoft Skype for Business. We have been working with it since it was called Live Communications Server.

In 2015, the next version of Lync was released, and at the same time, renamed to Skype for Business. This is the evolution of Lync and Lync Server, but with even tighter integration with the consumer version of Skype.

In addition to features that most organizations use, like instant messaging, video conferencing and presence, Skype for Business is also an enterprise grade telephony system. We have implemented several Enterprise Voice solutions for our customers, and customer satisfaction is higher than we could ever expect.

Skype for Business offers organizations and exceptional satisfaction and user adoption. When we implement this for our customers, we always get terrific feedback about the product. The end-users really love it.

Skype for Business offers the following features:

  • Instant Messaging and Presence
  • Audio and Video Conferencing
  • Online Meeting Collaboration
  • Enterprise Voice

Precede Consulting can help you as an organization implement Skype for Business, regardless if you want to invest in the cloud, on-premises or hybrid.
